Jeeny's roasted squid (Korea)
I will state that neither me nor B were keen on trying this, but as it was linked to the Cubs we help with, we had to set a good example!
Sadly i didn't get a photo of it out of the packing but this is the one we had. The smell was of dried fish and was very strong and not nice! I wasn't sure what i expected the texture to be, but it was like a soft (but firm) papery type, quite hard to describe. It was also quite flakey. It had an unusual taste to it, but i would eat it again, B said he wouldn't. Kalso said he would eat it again.
I think i am going to order some and make it into a seafood rice with shrimps etc.
